My plumber recommended Rapid Restoration after my basement drain backed up just before Christmas 2024. Zeke came out the same day to assess the situation. He explained clearly how the process worked and got things rolling promptly. They left everything clean, sanitized, and ready for restoration. They did so well that I had them come back out to address an older issue where a leak from an main floor bathroom had damaged a basement bathroom. Once again a smooth and efficient process. I had a sump pump failure in my finished basement the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I spoke to Zeke at Rapid Restoration and he was ready to respond that day. I chose to have them out first thing in the morning. Zeke and his crew showed up early the next day. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work removing the wet carpet, drywall, etc. They handled my property with care, communicated the process to me well, and my basement is now dry, sanitized, and ready for restoration. The insurance adjuster was able to come out and quickly start my claim. I would definitely recommend Rapid Restoration.

I highly highly recommend this company. They came out when my basement flooded, and I was completely lost as to how or where to begin. They came in, reassured me, and got to work immediately till late in the night to get as much water out. They set up their equipment, drying out the space to prevent mold, and they also took out the soiled dry walls.
